The Comeragh Bogtrot
Challenge walk over a terrain ranging from mountain to heath to forest to track. There are three route types to choose from; Two are self-guided of 32km and 17km in length. Foraging in the Nire Valley
There are so many wild foods growing all around us with a variety of flavours and textures and May is one of the best months to find some really interesting wild foods. A Walks – 26km (excellent fitness only)
B Walks – Regular walkers (very good fitness level)
C Walks – Good themed or historic walk (a fair level of fitness)
Family Walks – Enjoying the nature of Nire Valley (a great introduction to the outdoors for families).
